Some services fall within physical therapy, while others are training-focused or wellness and longevity-focused. Regardless of the session type, all work is informed by clinical reasoning and focused on long-term movement capacity rather than short-term symptom management. 


No. Many people I work with are training consistently and want to improve movement quality, reduce setbacks, or build durability before injuries occur and have a higher quality of an active lifestyle. 


Yes, as long as you are motivated to learn and train with intention. Sessions are scaled to the individual, but the focus is always on developing movement skill, strength, mobility, and recovery. We are not just completing exercises without purpose.  


No. Services are provided on a private-pay basis to allow flexibility, longer sessions, and individualized progression without insurance limitations. 


If you’re unsure how to proceed, returning from injury, or want a clear plan forward, the Initial Evaluation is the best place to start. It is a comprehensive session to incorporate all factors relevant to your goals. 


1:1 sessions are fully individualized and ideal for specific goals or limitations.

Small group sessions share movement themes but still include individualized coaching within a focused group setting. Great for those who enjoy training comradery.


Yes. Many people move between services as their needs change. The goal is continuity, not rigid phases.
